How can I purchase a gift voucher?
You can buy gift vouchers in our online shop. How to find the ideal gift for any occasion:
On our home page, enter the word "voucher" in the "Event" field under "Quick search".
Now select whether you want to buy a letter voucher or an online voucher.
- You can receive an online voucher in PDF form.
- You will receive a letter voucher by mail.
Then search for the required gift voucher amount and the required number of vouchers.

Online vouchers:
- After completing the order process, when viewing the receipt, the Acrobat Reader will open automatically (or through the button "Print tickets"),
and you can print out your tickets/vouchers. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader program installed on your PC, you can download it here through a link,
free of charge.
Letter voucher:
- Do you want us to send your letter vouchers gift wrapped?
To do this, select the link "Gift wrapping" in the top area of our "shopping cart" and select the required gift wrap.
- Who do we send the letter voucher to?
When entering the customer data, you can enter the name and address of the gift recipient as an alternative delivery address.
The recipient will receive their voucher within a few days.
Please be aware of the following when redeeming a voucher:
1. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
2. Vouchers must be redeemed within 36 months of purchase.
3. It is not possible to receive cash payments or make retrospective use of a voucher.
