If you ordered your tickets using ticket collection, you can collect your entrance tickets at the collection points- from EVENTIM Shop or from the evening box office. For this purpose, you require the personal collection code that you were sent by e-mail. Alternatively, you can find this code under "My eventim".

Should the tickets not require collection from the general box office but from a different collection point , this will be pointed out on the data control page, after ordering under "My eventim", as well as in the confirmation e-mail. You can find the message under "My eventim" as follows: Please log into your personal area and then click on "Orders". Here you can select the relevant order number.
