Why do I have to give a user name and password in the order form?
So that you do not have to re-enter your address data when placing later orders, we create a customer account for you when you order. You can choose your own user name and password.

Using the user account, you also have the opportunity to check immediately to see whether your order has been received and processed by us:

You can find the login box at the top right of our home page. "My EVENTIM"

Login using your user name and password and follow the link to "Your orders". If you click here, you can see your orders and their current processing status.

I have forgotten my password / user name!

We can send you your password and user name if you go to the "My EVENTIM" function (top right) and from there to the link "Forgotten password". You simply have to enter the e-mail address you used in your registration.

How can I change my password / user name?

If you wish, you can change your password under "My EVENTIM". Log in using your user name and current password and follow the link to "Change password". Now you simply have to enter your new password twice. It will then be valid immediately.

It is not currently possible to change your user name. We ask for your understanding.
