What do I do in the case of a poorly legible ticket print-out, the loss of my ticket ?
You can make a reprint of your ticket at My EVENTIM. There is no difference between the two tickets. The ticket is valid for one admission only and the ticket is invalidated on the first barcode check. Any further tickets with the same barcode will be rejected.
